Free international shipping on all orders over $125
First Class Package International (7 to 28 Business Days)
Priority Mail International (6 to 15 Business Days + USD$200 Insurance)
Priority Mail Express International (3 to 10 Business Days + USD$200 Insurance)
All orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday. (Except holidays)
Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next open business day in the same order they were received. Tracking number will be provided with your shipment via e-mail/text.
Please note that some items have longer processing times due to high demand.

After handling your package to the post office we're no longer responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages caused by 3rd parties or any address errors from your end. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees if your package is returned due to missing information. If you think you've made a mistake on your shipping information please contact us immediately with your order number. remember that international tracking numbers may stop updating after the package leaves the US.
For any information about the exact location of your package please reach out to the correspondent shipping carrier as we only know as much information as you can see on the tracking website, in addition once we handle your package to the post office we're no longer responsible for any delays or lost packages that are way out of our control. Orders can only be cancelled within thirty (30) minutes from placing your order. Orders with "Pre-order" items may not be canceled.
International Shipments: Georgie's Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any customs or duty fees on international orders. Please keep in mind that all international orders have an ESTIMATED delivery time of 7-28 business day to arrive to the shipping address however this does not include any time spent at customs or any additional government agencies. In addition; remember that international tracking numbers may stop updating after the package leaves the US.
Due to sanitary reasons, returns are not allowed on unsealed items or products that have been worn/used. However; If you've received the wrong product(s) you're eligible for a return or money refund. Returns can be claimed within fifteen (15) days of your purchase for qualifying products. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
